Apple pieces, orange peel, rose hips, hibiscus, beet root, safflower petals, marigold petals, orange flavor, raspberry flavor, grapefruit flavor.

Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one teaspoon for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212F water over the tea and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the fruit tea. Relax and enjoy.
