HOW TO MAKE CHAI: Heat one pint of milk and one cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until warm. Add 3 level teaspoons of Chai tea and 6 sugar cubes (or to taste). Simmer for 4 minutes. Remove sachets and pour into mugs or a teapot.
