White tea, almond flavor, vanilla flavor, lavender. Contains natural flavors.

Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one tea sachet for each cup of tea desired. Pour 175F water over the tea and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the tea sachet. Relax and enjoy.
