Clean the teapot and preheat it with hot water. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Japanese Sencha tea leaves per 8 ounces of water. Pour water at 160°F and steep for 1-3 minutes. Enjoy the pleasant flavor and antioxidants of the tea.
