Measure 2 heaping scoops with a bamboo scoop or 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and add to a bowl. Pour 4 ounces of 175 degree water, agitate the water until it froths. Be careful not to scrape the bottom of the bowl, and to keep your whisk as vertical as possible.
