Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one tea bag for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212F water over the tea and steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Relax and enjoy.

This herbal blend recreates the fruity flavor of red raspberries. It features a beautiful rich color to delight the eyes and no caffeine to jangle the nerves. This is a mixture of hibiscus flowers, rosehip berries, apple granules, natural and artificial flavors, raspberry leaves, orange and lemon peels, red poppy flowers, spearmint and peppermint leaves produces a great tasting, great looking tea. It brews up a beautiful ruby red color and it "cures everything", including the rainy day blues.
