Black tea, oolong tea, bergamot oil, lavender, vanilla flavor. Contains natural flavors.

Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one tea sachet for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212F water over the tea and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea sachet. Relax and enjoy.
