Black tea, ginger root, orange peel, cinnamon, molasses flavor, orange flavor, vanilla flavor, cloves. Contains natural flavors.

Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one tea sachet for each cup of tea desired, although you can brew up to two cups depending on how strong you like your tea. Pour 212F water over the tea and steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea sachet. Relax and enjoy.
